Discover the art of creating your own sausages alongside our team of experts from The Grey Plume!  Spend a morning learning the basics of cured meats and casing your own sausages to take home.

Classes are held at Provisions by The Grey Plume located at 3157 Farnam Street Suite 7106 in Midtown Crossing.
Street parking not recommended.  Three hours free parking available in Midtown Crossing parking garages.

Payment for all classes is due upon registration.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the class will be subject to forfeiture of registration costs.

Lunch included, please let our team know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when signing up.
